Job Description:

Our therapists need to deliver a high standard of La Prairie and other specialist treatments and consultations to spa guests.

They must take responsibility for ensuring a high standard of professionalism, presentation, conduct and customer service and act as hostess for the spa guests. They will work closely with other departments in the hotel.

Thorough and comprehensive training will be given where appropriate and ongoing training to provide knowledge and skills highlighted.

As an applicant you need to hold recognised therapist certification and to demonstrate a high level of competency in delivering spa treatments. You will need to have at least two years experience of delivering treatments to high caliber clientele and guests experiencing a 5 star hotel and spa. You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team, with a smart and professional appearance.

Hours of work are 45 hours and may included split shifts and working on a Saturday and Sunday. 4 weeks paid holiday is allowed and private healthcare insurance. Accommodation can be provided.

Salary:  £13,000 - £14,000
