Job Description:

To maintain and develop the Health Club in this incredible 5 star hotel. To carry our fitness testing, monitor gym users and ensure that all areas are maintained to a clean and hygienic standard. Ensure the Monitoring of the sauna, steam-room, pool & Jacuzz, pool plant room and all other areas to ensure that safety standards are met and that equipment is maintained properly. 

To have good initiative and problem solving skills and be capable of leading, motivating and managing a team. To consistently maintain the highest safety standard and hygiene standard. To operate an efficient, effective department by effective use of available manpower. 

Your focus will be operational ensuring the appropriate quality standards are adhered to and a high standard of customer care are delivered to guests/members at all times. 

The Supervisors role is responsible for carrying out the workload of the department through the direction and the assistance of the staff in their charge.

Salary:  £23,000 - £24,000
