Small, privately-owned Hotel with stunning views over the Lake District.
The elegant restaurant holds three rosettes, bedrooms, which are
individually decorated, combine contemporary furnishings with
classical styles. Service and hospitality are attentive and
friendly.
The Candidate Requirement:
You should have experience in both C&B and F&B roles, from
within a red star and rosetted environment. Your ‘mine-host’
approach and outgoing personality, along with your decisive and
logical thought processes will enable you to be supportive and able
to delegate effectively.
