Large and four star Hotel with rosetted fine dining restaurant,
banqueting facilities for over 400 covers and extensive leisure

The Candidate Requirement:
Fantastic opportunity to take over the running of a bar operation
within large and busy property. You will have a background in 4/5
star operations, preferably with some rosette accolades, experienced
in preparation and service of wines and cocktails and have excellent
personal presentation and customer care skills – nothing will be
too much trouble for you when the customer asks! Great opportunity
to join a renowned team aiming to achieve further recognition for
the property. Accommodation and great benefits available.
