My
client is looking for stylish and quality driven Restaurant
Manager/Maitre D who is wholly customer focused and inject a new
sense of vibrancy into this well regarded, longstanding and high
profile fine dining restaurant.
The restaurant which has almost 100 covers is undergoing a
refurbishment in the New Year and the menu with its French
influences will commands a Michelin star level of service. As
Restaurant Manager you will be on the floor and the main client
contact, be extremely polished and have high service standards.
Ideally a seasoned Maitre D or Restaurant Manager from a quality
driven operation; who is well connected on the London Restaurant
scene and who can bring clients to this prestigious restaurant. You
will be immaculately groomed and have the presence to project that
to you clients and you team.
Salary:
£40,000
