Job Title:  Bar Attendant

Job Description:

1. To ensure that all bar areas are clean and tidy at all times.

2. To serve beverages and associated services to the required standard.

3. To ensure that current stock levels are maintained.

4. To ensure the cellars and back of house areas are neat, clean and tidy.

5. To ensure correct and accurate billing of refreshments served.

6. To accurately requisition stock from one liquor area to another.

7. To make the Head Bar Person aware of stock requirements for ordering purposes.

8. To have a reasonable knowledge of beverages, wines and tobacco.

9. To liaise with the sommeliers in terms of beverage service to the guests

Salary:  £12,000 - £13,000
