standards are very high, being attentive and traditional without
stuffiness. There is an elegant, award-winning restaurant, where
carefully prepared dishes use the best local produce. Bedrooms are
spacious, elegant and very comfortable.
The Candidate Requirement:
Superb opportunity for a committed pastry professional! You will be
responsible for a small pastry team, within a large and stable brigade,
producing all bakery, pastries and desserts for a fine dining
restaurant, busy lounge and small banqueting operation, the ideal
candidate will have a background at minimum 2 rosette level and be able
to bring flair and imagination to the team. This role offers excellent
working hours, bonus scheme, tronc share and accommodation.
Salary:
£24,000
