This is a unique opportunity for a commercial Operations Director to join the leadership team of this charismatic entrepreneurial bespoke modern Caterer in Town.

Their turnover is approximately £20 million and they currently operate 7 high profile destination venues in London and the South. The owner is looking to take more of a strategic role in growing the business and as such is looking for someone to hand over the reigns of running the day to day operation.

Food is massively important to them as are their people and they pride themselves in looking after both events and commercial retail operations in highly prestigious but equally funky venues – no stuffed shirts please!

Their culture is dynamic, down to earth very passionate about both people and food and very entrepreneurial. This role would suit someone who has thought perhaps about setting up their own business but does not want to make the jump.

Salary:  £65,000 Plus
