I
am looking for a strong and experienced DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER with a
proven background of operating within a high volume environment for one
of the most creative venues in London.
The facility is very attractive and includes: 3 public’s restaurants,
4 private rooms, a staff restaurant, 13 bars and one artist bar. There
are also 101 corporate hospitality boxes to welcome the very high
corporate level and Royalty. You will oversee £8million turnover
You will assume a “hands on” role managing a team of 32 people and
up to 100 on a casual basis.
You must be commercially driven with proven financial acumen and
adaptable as you will deal with a variety of people.
This is an amazing opportunity with excellent career prospects as this
role could become a General Manager position.
