My client is the leading caterer within prestigious venues and public attractions across the UK and is looking for a fantastic Regional Director to take on responsibility for 10 high profile sites.

You need to be a real people motivator, innovative and a bit of a chameleon because your clients are so varied…Reporting into the MD this is a great opportunity to work for one of the leading venue caterers in the UK.

Culturally you need to be down to earth, hands on, driven incredibly people focused and confident. Some of your General Managers who report into you are proven operators… so you need to be able to gain their respect.

  
You do need to have operations/multi-site experience, have a proven track record in managing large quality commercial operations offering both retail catering and event catering.

Salary:  £65,000
