Job Description:

This role of food and beverage director is for a well known and respected top London hotel, you will need to be an operator with ideas and the conviction to be able to deliver, with an F&B manager background you will be perfectly efficient at managing teams and able to communicate well.

The operation has a state of the arts conference and banqueting operation as well as a top Michelin destination restaurant, brasserie and bar.
  

You must be a commercial person who is able to grow the sales, to increase profit with fresh ideas and able to drive the team of 180 staff. As a dynamic person you will be given autonomy and must be smart and articulate, a real go getter that wants a challenge and is able to manage many balls at one time.

  
With your mature attitude and outlook you will be able to manage this large yet professional operation, it is essential that you have looked after large and varied outlets and have the commercial acumen to enable you run a diverse yet standards orientated operation.

Salary:  £42,000 - £50,000
