Job Description:

My client is seen as the cutting edge of food retail on the high street but also within corporate contacts. Due to expansion of the business they are looking to bring on a dynamic, visionary Operations Manager to Head up their Operations team and manage 20 GMs.

Reporting directly into the owners of this entrepreneurial business this really is a key role. We are looking forward someone who’s key strength is training and management pee and able to help the company evolve to the next level, rather than revolutionise the business.

You need to be strong on process and implementing procedures but also possess the creative skills to motivate your team. The culture is not a suit and tie culture, more laid back but highly focused.

The company is looking to triple the size of the business over the next 5 years so are looking at someone who is serious about making this move for the long term and would be attracted by shares in the business over time.

Salary:  £50,000 Plus Bonus
