Job Description:

My client is looking for a proven and quality driven Restaurant Manager who has experience in working with a luxury product and who will exude style, elegance and grace whilst managing efficiently and professionally a Michelin starred restaurant in Marylebone.
  
The restaurant is part of a collection of well regarded and quality driven restaurants within London and is looking for a well rounded manager who has a detailed understanding of service within a fine dining environment, who is commercially driven and will be able to show leadership a team of almost 60 people. Initially you would report to the GM but with the scope to take full control; reporting to the Board directly; after the initial six months.
  
As Restaurant Manager you will be immaculately groomed and have the presence to project that to client and your team. Ideally you will have a quality driven operational background and a good level of commercial and financial knowledge.

Salary:  £45,000 - £55,000
