Description:
To
ensure all guests receive a friendly, efficient and prompt service.
Answer all telephones and handle all enquiries.
Take reservations and deal with any booking enquiries
Ensure
a good product knowledge, including room rates and any special
promotions.
Endeavor to increase sales of all facilities.
Type
confirmation faxes and letters, brochure enquiries, menus, wine list and
any other requirements which might occur.
Deal
with all departures, balance both reception floats and balance banking
at end of shift.
Ensure you have a thorough knowledge of all reception equipment.
We
are committed to training, developing and investing in all of our people
so this position is available for a minimum of one year. You will
therefore need to be eligible .
Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000
