Strong all-rounder with a quality background is required to support a superb GM at this fantastic property. You will be required to further develop and improve standards, with the challenge of achieving red-star status and restaurant awards. Currently undergoing refurbishment, this property is in need of a standards and financially focused manager to oversee development, build a team and turn the proprietors dream into a reality.
