The Successful Candidate:
You will be an enthusiastic and charismatic customer-focused individual with Michelin level experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Owner, you will be required to support a busy team within this reputed and highly accoladed property.

 
As a Manager, you will be driven by exceeding customer expectation and the love of good food, served well! It is important that you understand the service levels required therefore you will be currently working in a 3 rosette or Michelin starred Restaurant - and be able to show a stable work history.

  
Effective communication with the operations team will be essential to ensure a high level of hospitality is maintained across events within the restaurant.

Salary:  £70,000
