Inside, there are several comfortable lounge areas and a high ceiling conservatory restaurant, where good local ingredients are prepared with skill and minimal fuss – aiming towards achieving a third rosette and hopefully a Michelin star. Bedrooms, which are individually decorated, combine contemporary furnishings with classical styles. Service and hospitality are attentive and friendly.
  
The Candidate Requirement:
This respected team seeks a Restaurant Manager with exceptional credentials and the ambition to achieve the highest awards. With a highly rated Chef already in place – the sky is the limit! The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a 3 rosette/Michelin level background, be a dazzling host and an exceptional people manager - you should have the ability to train and lead your team, have an excellent knowledge of wines and sound financial acumen.
