Description:
This
imposing country house is set in acres of grounds and has two golf
courses. Bedrooms come in two distinct styles: modern suites in a
purpose-built building contrast with more classic rooms in the main
building. The Clubhouse bar serves a range of meals all day, whilst more
accomplished cooking can be enjoyed in the fine dining Restaurant.
The Candidate Requirement
This Hotel seeks a strong kitchen manager to take over the helm of this
well-respected property. You should have a passion for quality cuisine
and be able to cope with some banqueting, and busy passing trade as well
as a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation
and staff training and development. You must be able to demonstrate a
stable background in 4 star and ideally 2 rosette level properties.
