Description:
This
is a hands-on position that will need the skills of a dedicated person
to help further enhance Sheen Falls Lodge’s standing as one of the
truly remarkable places to stay and eat in Ireland.
The
ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of Pastry and research,
budgeting, training, hygiene (HACCP qualified), and have excellent
interpersonal skills to help manage the pastry section.
All
applicants must be qualified in pastry, creative, organised and have a
proven track record in similar establishments. All applicants should be
fully conversant with and have experience in pastry & bread baking.
Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000
