perfect opportunity for a commis pastry chef has just arisen. At this
exciting time, with our reputation escalating, our next sought after
accolade is a Michelin star. We are searching for an ambitious
professional to help to realise this goal and to complement the current
team of nine. Summer Lodge is part of The Red Carnation Hotel
